DS-160 Confirmation Page

Printed confirmation page with barcode

Appointment Confirmation Letter

Printed appointment confirmation from the embassy website

Current Passport

Valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay

Recent Photo (5x5 cm)

White background, taken within last 6 months

Previous Passport

If it contains any US or other country visas

IBL Bank Receipt

Original visa fee payment receipt

2. Proof of Financial Ability

Bank Statements

Last 3-6 months showing sufficient funds

Proof of Income

Pay slips for last 3-6 months

Financial Guarantor Documents

If you don't have personal bank statements (guarantor's bank statements and letter)

3. Employment or Study Documents

Employment Letter

For employees: detailing position, salary, and leave approval

Business Registration

For business owners: copy of commercial registration

Student Certificate

For students: enrollment certificate from university/school

4. Special Cases Documents

Parental Consent for Travel

For applicants under 18 years old
